Restaurants at Walworth Castle Hotel

The choice of hospitality at Walworth Castle Hotel is second to none. There are two restaurants located within the hotel and opportunities for private dining.

This award winning restaurant offers contemporary dishes in a traditional setting. Situated within the castle, this 16th century room has just been completely and sensitively refurbished. Our head chef Steven Myers prepares each imaginative dish to order. You can download a sample menu here but please note it is subject to change.

We are currently offering three courses for £15.95 and two courses for £12.95 to celebrate our award of the prestigious Rosette for food excellence by the AA.

Open for reservations every evening and Sunday Lunch, booking is required to guarantee availability.

For a dining experience with a difference, Hansard's Library Tower is available for private parties of 2 to 8 people. In the original round tower of the Castle, the library is ideal for an intimate meal for two or a small family gathering. Enjoy an aperitif on arrival in the comfort of the lounge whilst making your selection from the extensive menu.

Two glasses of red or white wine per person is also included. £45.00 per person. Advanced booking essential.

The Farmers Bar (below) is a traditional English pub. With hearty good food and a good atmosphere, we serve traditional bar meals and sandwiches around a roaring log fire. This informal setting is well known locally for our Carvery meals. Click here to download our Farmers bar menu.

On week days, the Farmers Bar is open every lunchtime from 12.00pm until 2.00pm and again in the evening from 6.00pm until 11.00pm, where food is served until 9.30pm.

At weekends, the Farmers Bar is serving food all day from 12.00 noon to 9.30pm from the full bar meal menu.
